Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Customs, Duties & Taxes

MiraBrazil is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some regions or countries may have shipping restrictions due to regulations or logistics limitations.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MiraBrazil is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before contacting us.
